Erica is a fantastic dentist , gentle and never gives up, she has saved many teeth my previous dentist would just have removed. Colleen as always greets you with her usual happy friendly smile & will assist you with anything in any way she possibly can. The other members of the team are extremely helpful too.
Now time for my dental treatment.
I have been a patient with the Dental Practice here for almost 60 years & I cannot speak highly enough of Arc Dental Surgery.
Rashmi is my savior! & I cannot thank her enough.   She always puts me totally at ease, explains everything in detail & listens to any concerns I have. I am delighted with the treatment I have received.

I can't recommend Dr. Matmari at Arc highly enough! They managed to fit me in at the last minute, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for.
I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist, but Dr. Matmari immediately put me at ease. He took the time to talk me through every step of the process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout. His calm, patient, and reassuring manner completely changed what I expected to be a very stressful experience.
The care I received was exceptional, and I'm so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. If you're someone who gets anxious about visiting the dentist, I honestly couldn't recommend Dr. Matmari more. I hadn't visited a dentist for a good number of years. Due to previous bad experiences I was incredibly nervous and extremely anxious. In fact I couldn't come on my own and cried in the waiting room on my first visit last year. It's a testament to everyone at the surgery's patience, kindness and professionalism that today I walked into the surgery on my own, had a tooth extracted and partial dentures fitted and was absolutely fine! As an extremely dental phobic I researched for a dentist that deals with extreme phobic patients. From the moment you walk in you get a lovely welcome from the receptionists, Colleen was very understanding. It was my first time I was extremely nervous, Dr Matmari welcomed me in, the dentist room was lovey and bright, Dr Matmari was so kind, so patient and very understanding, he explained everything, was very gentle, I can't thank him enough, I had 4 x rays done and a list of treatments I need and I'm happy to say I am looking forward to being able to smile again, I have every trust in this wonderful dentist, it's a lovely dentist and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you have dental phobia, huge thankyou Dr Matmari 😷😁
