My journey into dentistry began in 1998. I pursued my post-graduate ambitions by completing a Master’s degree In India. Admission to this Master’s programme is through a tough and competitive entrance examination and I’m proud to state that I stood 6th in this nation-wide exam.

After qualifying in the UK, I have been working in general dental practice for the past 16 years. My special interests are cosmetic dentistry, implants and endodontics (root canal treatments).
I passed my Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2017. I have attended various courses to enhance my knowledge and skills and am abreast of the recent advances. I have completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Chester.
In my spare time I like to listen to music, travel, watch movies, read and generally spend as much time as possible with my lovely family. My sporting interests are Cricket, Tennis and Badminton. I have been forced to follow football thanks to my son who is a die-hard Man Utd fan but have now begun enjoying this sport. I also like to go on walks with my family and try and hit the gym as much as I can (unfortunately not often enough!)

Hi. I’m Rashmi and together with my husband Avinash, have bought this lovely dental practice.
By way of introduction, I have qualified in India as a dentist in 1998. Since then, I have worked in a multi-speciality dental clinic in my hometown of Hyderabad, India for about 5 years gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of dentistry. I then wanted to pursue some academic interests and worked in a dental institution. We moved to the UK in 2006 and I gained registration with the General Dental Council in 2008.

Ever since, I have been working in a lovely dental practice in the beautiful town of Garstang, but we always wanted our own practice. A place we could call home away from home.
My interest in dentistry is in the practice of general dentistry but I have a special interest in cosmetic braces (orthodontics) and denture work.
Outside of work, my time is pre-occupied with our family. I enjoy travelling, cooking, reading, watching telly and going for long walks in my spare time.

Hi. I’m Erika. After qualifying in Sweden and finishing my foundation year, I joined my father’s private practice. I bought the practice in 2000 and managed it until 2013, with my father as a part-time dentist. When he chose to retire, I felt free to sell my practice and pursue my own dreams, working abroad. In the UK, I worked initially at Westcliffe Drive in Blackpool from 2014 until 2018 when the practice closed down. I was then invited to work by MyDentist to work in the London Street practice in Fleetwood. I’m a General Dental Practitioner and particularly like Root Canal Treatments and Crown/Bridge work.
Days off I enjoy singing with my husband Norman, who used to be a professional singer many years ago. We have a keyboard and a music room will all the relevant equipment. When I have time off, we live for our holidays in Spain and the Canaries!
