Our practice is going paperless and we will be sending more information to you via text message or email. Apart from going green, this also frees up our telephone lines so we are easily available to our patients seeking urgent/ emergency appointments. You can update your contact details by using the contact form on our website. Before your next visit you will receive an email with forms attached, which can be completed prior to your appointment. Simply follow the instructions from the email and we will do the rest.
